OH..
Haven't been blogging for like.. Hmm, when did civilisation in China start ah?
中国五千年的历史.. so it's 5000 years?
Feels like I have been inactive for that long, or more.
Yup, so it's like, you missed the uprising of an empire as great as China, or something even better.
Ok lah, I shouldn't be bombarding you with bullshit already in the first entry of my return. And I think Kaiwen and Kailin are going to get furious at me for talking about the very foundation of their studies now as if it's worth less than ants. Ya, the insect. *imagines them yelling at me and hitting me on the arm, AS USUAL*
But hey! Ants have got rights to live too ya? Erm, sorry for the digression. Was just reminded of how my tuition kid tried to instigate me to kill an ant on the table yesterday.
And you know what? When I told her that I will never kill that ant because he/she hasn't offended us and even if he/she really did irritate us, it wasn't done on purpose, and therefore if she(my tuition kid) wanted the ant dead, she will have to kill him/her(the ant) herself(my tuition kid), she simply swept the ant off the table.
NOW. That left me confused. Did she let the ant off because she understood what I said? Or that she meant to make me the scapegoat of an Ant Murder case, but failing in her plan, she decided to not commit the crime anyway because she didn't want bad karma for herself?
Are you confused too?
Hmm, maybe I should start talking about how my life was in the past 2 weeks. I wasn't building Chinome (combination of China and Rome, combination of 2 of the greatest empires in the world). In fact, I was doing something even greater.
FYP. For Your Pity.
You ought to pity us. And you will, if you had seen us.
Ok, so actually it wasn't that bad afterall. Anyway, it was a period of time when many things that I wasn't clear of or didn't even have any idea about, were realised. The truth makes me stronger.
So, in case you thought I was bullshitting right off in my first paragraph, I wasn't. Not totally. These 2 weeks built a stronger Hanxiang ok? Though I'm miserable compared to China or Rome, I am what I am most concerned about, in some ways. I don't care about how mighty China or Rome is.
I might not have sounded coherent in this entry, but I sincerely hope you understood the part about my tuition kid and the ant at least.
Yours,
Hanxiang
