:(
The weather is making me emo again. And I'm lost again.
Mr XXX is no longer Mr XXX.
Ya, maybe I'm fickle. I just want to prevent damage when I still can.
Somehow I feel that there are so many other people who can make him happier, and I really know too little about him. Was watching the 7pm Hong Kong drama. Even the actress who wanted to hook up the rich businessman bothered to research about him and do what he likes to please him.
Me leh? Sighs, don't say don't say.
Don't misunderstand me ok. I never want to do things I don't like just to please anyone, just that the show made me realise it's really important to know about someone to be close to the person.
Let's just say I'm lousy. I can't seem to make him smile as much as others can. So, instead of continuing to like him and risk doing things that will let him realise how I'm feeling, I've decided to give up. I don't like to leave things hanging there and do nothing about it.
Miss Action-pack. HAHA.
Pa and Ma were asking about Mr XXX and I replied, "Oh, I don't like him already."
Them: "Huh! Why?"
Me: "Different wavelength."
Ma: "Oh, pulling the brakes already?"
Me: "Ya lor. Your daughter is very good at pulling brakes when things go wrong! That's why I'm on the road to becoming a spinster! HAHAHA!"
I seriously don't understand myself enough. Maybe it's afterall not because I am so rational. Maybe it's because I'm just afraid and backing out. Aiya, whatever. What's over is over.
I'm moving on! Now all of you can start looking out for news of my NEW Mr So-and-So(s) in this blog. YAY! I'm a hua-hua-nu-zi, a zi-high but kind hua-hua-nu-zi, 'cause at least I'm always able to control myself though I change targets super easily!
SIGHS.
Yesterday we went ktv-ing. Ying, Alastair, his friend, Joanne, Qiuyan, Apple (the real one.), most of whom I'm unfamiliar with, though we're all from NTU.
I wasn't really there. People say first impressions matter. Yesterday was my first ktv session with that group of friends and the first impression I left them is gonegonegone.
Hunger + headache = screeching instead of singing.
Ying and I were complaining about our hunger half the time. The other half of the time was spent thinking of where to go for supper. Yup, basically we're there just to havoc and make noise, as usual.
I tell you, this is precisely why I love my best friend! You swee, I swee. You cui, I cui. Long live my best friends!!!
