Summary of the weekend.
Super cannot-make-it-ly tired now. Feel like just letting my eyes close and sleeping forever.
Been doing more than I can handle.
Yesterday, after giving Charmaine tuition was Kbox-ing with Jing Yang, his very cute girlfriend Clara, Zhenqin and Yingying. Hope we did not terrorise Clara too much. I was trying to control the situation while Zhenqin and Yingying lost control of themselves. When told to be ashamed of themselves because even I can be mentally stable when I WANT to, Yingying still had the cheek to tell me they didn't WANT to be mentally stable what!
Delinquents! I'm so sad to have such incorrigible friends. Someone save me leh!
After that, I went out with my sisters to shop for Hanyan's clothes. In the end, Hanyan bought nothing. Me and Hanxu did instead. Oh well. Expectations are very often NOT realised.
After a sleepless night, I was at Tanjong Beach today for nearly the whole day, involved in Surf&Sweat Beach Volleyball Competition 2007! Woohoo!
Ya, I'm just acting excited. Those of you who didn't catch that, you don't know me. Hanxiang hates da sun.
But it was fun. Decided to help Junwen and co. play for their team at the last minute, because he sounded like he really needed a girl for the team. So, those whom I turned down, just blame it on yourselves for not being persistent and sincere enough. Heh!
Anyway, it's a good feeling playing with them. Very encouraging fighters. No blaming anyone, just trying to do their best. It's infectious. I end up wanting to at least be able to touch every ball also. Too bad, Hanxiang the weakest link caused them to be KO-ed at the.. eh, semi-finals?
Junwen's my junior. And I remember the secondary school days when I felt they were some childish kids who didn't know how to respect the ball, kicking it here and there.
They're all grown up now. And I've grown old. WAAAAAAAAAA!!!
I'm wondering if it was me being petty or them being childish during those secondary school days. Hahaha.
Time makes everything so much clearer.
