Nowadays.
Life's filled with activities. So much so that I seem to NOT be able to keep track of every single thing.
I want to remember every happy detail. I always try to do this. This is my silent version of appreciating my family and friends around me.
So I've decided to blog properly again. So that whenever I lose part of my memory, I can read my blog and retrieve the love I feel for my family and friends.
So, firstly, we tossed yu sheng on Wednesday, which might not be a big deal to you but that was my only one this year. Have never been a yu sheng fan but somehow it felt great with my colleagues.
Then I went to the Night Safari with Zhenqin and Jiajia and guess who?
MY PARENTS!
Can you even remember the last time you visited the Zoo with your parents?
Well, now I don't have to think too hard 'cause it just happened!
I was so excited when they agreed to go I nearly fainted at work, or maybe it's due to difficulty in breathing because of my expanding waistline and therefore shrinking pants.
Ok anyway, out of no reason, I was dragged into this tribal dance at the Night Safari. Jiajia and Zhenqin were implicated not long after. Was a lot of fun though we made my parents wait a bit. :(
It was a sad sight. Partly because I neglected my parents during that time and also because I realised I don't remember having seen Singaporeans with figures half as good as the fake tribesmen.
On the bright side, it's super easy for Singaporean guys to score because they probably just need an average figure to impress.
And we finally saw our own kind, LIVE! HYENAS!
