Sometimes I realise that I've not been paying enough attention to those who deserve it.
They are exactly the ones who wouldn't demand it. because they love me and wouldn't want to tire me.

There are too many things in this world that want our attention, most of all ourselves.

Resisting being too self-absorbed is a lot of effort.
Don't stop trying.
Give some love to people other than ourselves.
