Part of my world

Met up with my girls last evening for dinner. Birthday treat for January babies, but only one baby turned up (that's me) out of the two (Evvon and me).

WE MISS YOU, 38 EVVON! Even if you don't read my blog.

With all the sincerity I could gather, I attempted a Thank You message to each of them after the gathering, which said, "Ello dearies, thanks for dinner, and for not disappearing even after all these years."

Their replies, in order of increasing cruelty:

Kailin -
Thank you for always being so crazy and bringing laughter to us whenever we meet. Ace!
(Kailin's nice, the worst word there being 'crazy'. Fair enough.)

Kaiwen -
Silly girl. Nonsense lah you haha.
('Silly' and 'nonsense'. Normal. And she was polite enough to end with a 'haha', indicating the possibility that the insult may only be in jest.)

Ying Ying -
Plssss stop doing Kailin-inspired stuff like sending a Thank You message after meeting up. Thanks!
(Kill two birds with one stone. Major damage done. Seriously, I should never have tried.)

In conclusion?
I LOVE MY GIRLIES LAH! (Somehow the shittier they are, the more I love them.)
