Whatever comes to mind VIII
Self-blaming is not being negative.
In fact, it's a good way to stay positive.
When something bad happens, there are several things we can blame:
1) The environment.
2) Others.
3) Yourself.
The outcomes:
1) Get stuck and upset because you can hardly change the environment.
2) Probably get stuck too because people normally do not realise they're wrong. Even if they do, they would rather stay comfortably wrong than take the trouble to be right for someone else. So nothing changes and you stay upset.
3) With some adjustments you would be able to avoid the same kind of sh*t. If you get shit again, at least it would be new sh*t and come with the surprise factor. Worth it, I think.

I'm having POST-Menstrual-Symptoms when others get PRE-Menstrual-Symptoms.
I'm slow and it worries me because it takes me more time than the average person to react to what happens.
Ok bye.
