About the boys and the girls.
Ok, I don't know if you're going to understand what I'm going to say 'cause there are so many things running through my mind that I might end up talking rubbish.
"In any case, your entries are always rubbish what!" That's what you're thinking right?
Eeeeeyer! Lidat say people! *whines like free*
See, I told you I'd spout nonsense. Anyway I think I'm too stressed about my FYP these days. I keep getting nightmares. Last night's was about me being so pressurized I screamed at my Mummy in public. OMG, super cannot make it, I tell you. Woke up with a heavy heart filled with guilt and a headache. Punishment. Swee!
Anyway, boys always complain girls are difficult and harder to fathom than themselves, right?
But then, girls think the same way about you guys too lor.
Then how? Should believe who leh?
I'm not going to doubt either here 'cause I don't want to get slapped or even die on the streets one day without knowing why. I never know if anyone of you has got a hidden violent side. I mean, I choose to openly display my violence but I cannot be sure about your style what!
Ok, enough digression. What I mean is, since I'm a girl (Ok, fine, I'm mostly more brother than ger but I'm still a girl 'cause it's stated on my I.C. so stop doubting please, dammit! *pants girly-ly*), I'm just going to talk about it from a girl's point of view.
I think everyone is very different.
Let's say, GuyA might be someone who expresses positive feelings towards a girl by always trying to touch her hand.
GuyB tries to touch everyone but he only sees them as friends.
Girl got to know both of them. GuyA likes Girl but GuyB just treats her as a friend.
BUT! It's GuyB whom Girl likes.
So Girl understands that GuyA likes her but MISunderstands that GuyB likes her too.
She tells GuyA that she likes GuyB already and tells GuyB she likes him, so, does he like her too?
And then, Girl, as expected, gets a devastating answer and feels sorry for hurting GuyA's feelings because now, she understands how it felt for him.
Of course, there's no regret for Girl because there shouldn't be pity for these things, supposedly (supposedly 'cause alot of us still fall into this trap-set-since-ancient-times but this's another discussion so forget it now.).
The point is, ya, different people express themselves differently, Signals, they call it.
And I think this signal thingy is really irritating.
Then again, telling the person directly either freaks him/her out or spoils the game.
Yes, calling it a game is sort of cynical but I often think it summaries everything quite well.
Anyway, yesterday a friend was feeling sad because this girl he's wooing rejected a movie date. It's quite obvious already that the girl feels for him, which made it more agonizing for him. Simi dai ji?! So she like me or not???
Point: Confusion is THE MOST agonizing. (To move forward or backward?!)
So I was telling him, maybe she's not feeling her best yesterday. If they had gone for the movie, she might be bad company, not being able to be herself.
Sometimes, the more you feel for a person, the more you wouldn't want to risk disappointing the person. So at that point of time you're not feeling good, you might not want him/her to see you. Of course, this is for the initial stages.
But then again, you never know what the person was thinking when he/she rejected you, right? SEE! Damn signals! If only there is a fixed way of interpretation for them.
Too bad there's not hor! Sad but bo bian.
I guess it just brings us back to the old but useful saying,
Be cool, 'cause whoever loses his/her cool first loses the game.
Ok bye!
