Dear Mr XXX,

I had a nightmare last night.
You were in my nightmare.
No, you were my nightmare.
I dreamt that I fell asleep while we were watching a movie.
I was such a pig I took up three seats to sleep.

You were actually sitting beside me,
but seeing my lack of effort made when we're together, you went to sit somewhere else.
And you ignored me when I tried to talk to you.
In the dream I knew it's my fault, but I still felt miserable.

I guess that's the reason why I don't want to tell you about how I feel.
Let's just say if we ever get together, I won't be able to be a good girlfriend.
I can never picture myself as The Girlfriend,
someone whom the boyfriend can be proud of.
And what if the friendship changes after everything?
Let's just maintain what we have now.
It's good enough.
