When you see or hear about something sad happening to a close one, how would you feel?

I'll be happy.

If I can't make the person who's directly affected happy, I'll also not want to make the situation worse by being upset myself and adding another sad person to the picture.

I want to be the one still standing even if everyone else has fallen.

Pa was asking me if I remember the times when he brought us on trips, to places as near as Malaysia, to places further, like the States.

I do, bits and pieces of them. But even so, these I may forget.
But I'll never forget the feeling of being the happiest girl on Earth (I think Hanxu and I always had silly grins on our faces that amused the airplane crew alot.) everytime we take the plane.

I wanted to tell him this, but I could not, for fear I may start feeling so blessed I cry in front of him.
Too damn mushy.
